Unofficial training runs

A number of runners will be getting together on Wednesday nights for unofficial training runs on portions of the Baden-Powell trail. These runs are a great opportunity to experience parts of the Knee Knacker race route and other local trails. All skill levels are welcome.

Important information

  1. All runs start at Cleveland Dam parking lot at 5:30 pm sharp!
  2. Please arrive at 5:15 pm to allow time for the group to organize.
  3. Runs take place rain or shine.
  4. There are usually runners in a variety of pace groups on each run.
  5. Routes are subject to change based on trail conditions such as high snow pack or washouts.
  6. Check our Facebook group page on Tuesday evening before each run for last minute updates.
  7. You do not need to be a Knee Knacker registrant to come along on these runs. Anyone who wants to experience North Shore trail running is welcome!
