Wednesday evening training runs

A number of runners will be getting together on Wednesday evenings for training runs on and around portions of the Baden-Powell trail.
These runs are a great opportunity to experience parts of the Knee Knacker race route as well as other local trails and to meet like-minded folks. All skill levels are welcome.
