Here is some important information:

  1. All runs start at Cleveland Dam parking lot at 5:30pm sharp! Please target your arrival for 5:15 to account for unexpected delays.
  2. Routes are subject to change based on trail conditions.
  3. Runs take place rain or shine.
  4. If possible, please email Clive Boness at cboness@hotmail.com if you plan on coming so that we’ll know to keep an eye out for you before heading off for the evening’s run.
  5. You needn’t be a Knee Knackering registrant to come along on these runs. Anyone who wants to experience North Shore trail running is welcome!
  6. Please note that these runs are not the responsibility of the Northshore Ultra Trailrunning Society (NUTS) or this year’s Knee Knacker organizing committee. While we encourage runners to become as familiar as possible with the trail prior to race day, our insurance coverage only applies to the Sunday morning runs in May, June and July.

These runs are a great opportunity to experience first-hand parts of the actual KKNSTR race route as well as several other local trails. All skill levels are welcome
