Reg­is­tra­tion deadline

Your race entry must be received no later than Feb­ru­ary 29, 2012 in order to be eli­gi­ble for KKNSTR 2012. To con­firm if you’re reg­is­tered, go to Reg­is­tra­tion con­fir­ma­tion.

All race entries are put into the race lot­tery, which deter­mines the final set of eli­gi­ble competitors.

Vol­un­teer ser­vice requirement

To be eli­gi­ble to com­pete in the Knee Knacker, you must — in addi­tion to being selected in the lot­tery - com­plete four (4) hours of vol­un­teer service:

  • This is a manda­tory require­ment of all appli­cants picked in the lottery.
  • The vol­un­teer work does not have to be related to the Knee Knacker or trail running.
  • For the 2012 race, the vol­un­teer ser­vice must be done between July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.

Online reg­is­tra­tion option

You can reg­is­ter online using the Knee Knack­er­ing Online Entry Form ser­vice pro­vided by EventsOnline.ca. The ben­e­fits of online reg­is­tra­tion for you are:

  • Receive imme­di­ate con­fir­ma­tion that you are entered in the event.
  • You don’t have to write a cheque.
  • No need for a stamp or an envelope.
  • Earn credit card reward points if you are enrolled in a reward points program.
