Hello Kneek­nack­er­ers.  It was good to see many of you tonight and I’m look­ing for­ward to seeing the rest of you tomor­row!  Remem­ber, if you haven’t picked up your packet by 7pm tomor­row, you’re not in the run!  You also need to check in with us Sat. AM so we have an accu­rate count of who’s on course — we take this very seri­ously and our sweeps and North Shore Search and Rescue will come look­ing for you if we can’t track you at a checkpoint!

Please note that this year, we will NOT have the use of the Kiewit park­ing lot near the Start as we have in pre­vi­ous years. This is going to make for some traf­fic con­ges­tion, so I strongly encour­age you to con­sider taking one of the free shut­tles from Deep Cove (4:35am, 4:45am and 4:55am).  If you’re unable to take a shut­tle and will be dropped off or park at the start, remem­ber to leave extra time to park up the road and poten­tially walk quite a ways.  Don’t forget it’s a res­i­den­tial area, and not all neigh­bours will be as inter­ested in being awake at 5am as we will be.

Course brief­ing tomor­row is at 7pm, and we’ll be avail­able to answer any ques­tions you have.
