Are you new to the Baden Powell trail? Do you often follow weaving squirrels instead of watching for orange trail markers? Well, to help keep you on the straight and narrow, we’ve added a link to a Cypress Provincial Park map and a map section of Mt. Seymour Provincial Park. The maps give you a more detailed view of the race route as it goes through the two parks. See them here.

Great Response to Knee Knacker 2010 Survey!
Hello Knee Knacker Runners & Volunteers,
Knee Knacker Runners, THANK YOU for the response to our survey this year — in less than 3 days, we’ve heard from 117 of you already and we very much appreciate your feedback! We’ll keep the survey open for another week and then we’ll share the results with you.
We all know is how important our volunteers are and that is coming through loud and clear in the survey. So… we’ve decided to do an additional survey for our volunteers to see how we can keep improving the Knee Knacker for everyone involved. If you are a volunteer and we have your email address, expect an email this week. If you are an aid station captain and we don’t have all of your team’s contact info, please send it to me using the contact feedback form here.
We do have some extra volunteer shirts left over, so if you volunteered and didn’t get a shirt, let us know and we’ll be happy to put one aside for you.
Race Day on Twitter
We’ve got about a half-dozen folks tweeting about us today during the race. Many thanks to those who are keeping us up to date.
