Hello Kneeknackerers. It was good to see many of you tonight and I’m looking forward to seeing the rest of you tomorrow! Remember, if you haven’t picked up your packet by 7pm tomorrow, you’re not in the run! You also need to check in with us Sat. AM so we have an accurate count of who’s on course – we take this very seriously and our sweeps and North Shore Search and Rescue will come looking for you if we can’t track you at a checkpoint!
Please note that this year, we will NOT have the use of the Kiewit parking lot near the Start as we have in previous years. read more…

Welcome to the 21st Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run. This is my favourite time of “Knee Knacker Season”… the anticipation, the excitement, seeing everyone a little bit on edge from tapering… too much fun! I hope you have trained well, tapered well and are ready for adventure on Saturday, July 11th.
