The Knee Knacker Privacy Policy spells out the commitments of the Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run, and the rights of participants regarding personal information. It also complies fully with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, which came into effect on January 1, 2001.

What is personal information?

Personal information is information about an identifiable individual. Publicly available information, such as a public directory listing of your name, address, telephone number and electronic address, is not considered personal information.

	to establish and maintain an accurate registration and medical emergency information
	to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
