Runners Night and Lottery

Be the first to find out the lottery results!  This year Runners Night and Lottery is Thursday, March 6th, 2008 from 6:00pm - 8:30pm - we're fortunate again to have North Shore Athletics as Knee Knacker Sponsor & host of the event.  Everyone is welcome - participants, friends, family & volunteers.  We'll have prizes & pizza too, so come & mingle with fellow Knee Knackerers & kickoff what I like to think of as "Knee Knacker Season".

Entry Requirement

Please note the entry requirement of 4 hours of community volunteer work is in place again for 2008.  The period to meet this requirement is from July 1, 2007 to June 15, 2008, and this can be performed in the community of your choice (doesn't need to be anything Knee Knacker related).  Please go to our online Volunteer Requirements Form to fill in the details of the work you performed to meet this requirement.  The Knee Knacker Committee must receive all necessary information by June 20, 2008, or you will not be allowed to participate in the run.  We recognize that many people already contribute numerous hours for many different causes and we thank you for this.

20th Annual Knee Knacker

Thank you to everyone who has already shared ideas to commemorate the 20th Annual Knee Knacker.  This is an exciting year & we look forward to celebrating.  We will have a special Knee Knacker jacket for purchase this year - online ordering will be available between April 1 -> May 15th & the jackets will be ready at the Knee Knacker package pickup.  Please keep the ideas coming & contact Bonnie Wong through our Feedback Form.
