Hello fellow trail runners!  Planning is well underway for the 19^th Annual Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run and the excitement is starting to build.  Communication will increase over the next 8 weeks as race day approaches.

Ferg Hawke Seminar – Wednesday, May 23^rd

We're pleased to announce that Ferg Hawke will be giving a slideshow & presentation at North Shore Athletics - 7pm on Wednesday, May 23^rd.  As many of you know, Ferg is an outstanding ultrarunner whose many accomplishments include placing 2^nd at the legendary Badwater Ultramarathon in 2005, and holding the second-best time by a North American in the Marathon des Sables.  Please join your fellow Knee Knackerers, volunteers & friends for this inspirational evening.  Thanks to North Shore Athletics for hosting the event & offering discounts on merchandise Wednesday evening.

Training Runs

Training runs have started, and everyone is welcome.  Glenn Pace & Craig Moore are leading these and will be looking for volunteers each week to help lead.
