In addition to the Sunday training runs, we will hold a 2006 Knee Knacker Start orientation run on Saturday, May 13th at 8:30am. This will be an easy out & back from the start to where we connect with the Baden-Powell trail (not a replacement for your longer Sunday run unless you plan on continuing further up to Eagle Ridge Bluffs)! Please note, parking is limited at the trailhead – there is some parking on the shoulder of Westport Road before the parking lot, but if you’re able to carpool, please do.
