Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run
The 2013 Trail Day will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013. As always, we’ll be working with the District of North Vancouver to improve a section of the Baden Powell Trail. More details will be announced in late May.

Lottery night — March 5, 2013
Mark your calendars and grab your favourite device…the Knee Knacker Lottery will be live, via Facebook again this year, on March 5. Please remember, the entry deadline is February 28, 2013. (Some photos from last year’s lottery draw can be found here.)

Volunteer signup is open
The volunteer roles for the 2013 Knee Knacker are now open! For those you who aren’t running, go to the Volunteers signup form and select the roles that interest you for race day, or send an email to volunteers@kneeknacker.com for more information. For those of you that are planning to run, now is a good time to convince your family and friends to sign up as volunteers, so they can help on the course and cheer you on!
